As we look to scale our effort in the years to come, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team to grow our client footprint and engage new clients in the UAE.

The Job in a nutshell

Reporting to our CEO, we are looking for an experienced HR Technology SaaS Sales Account Manager. In the role, you will have full responsibility for all aspects of the sales cycle. You will be responsible for developing new business through discovery calls and demos of the product with enterprise customers in a diverse range of industries.

You will spend time doing the following

  • You will be working against monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets. You are expected to consistently keep achieving your targets

  • Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities

  • Prepare and present product demonstrations

  • Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline

  • Manage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through closing

  • Target key decision-makers determine buying readiness and timelines

  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics using our Salesforce CRM system
    Attend trade shows, events, and conferences

  • Developing and managing client relationships at the highest level in the organization

  • Completely responsible for all Client Management processes – Planning, Selling, Delivering and Managing

Here is what we are looking for
  • Deep experience selling SaaS and positioning technology services to C-level business owners and HR decision-makers

  • Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in B2B sales within the UAE

  • A proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets

  • You must be a hunter and a closer!

  • Experience with HR-tech environment is highly regarded

  • Proven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up working environment

  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed

  • Adaptability to new initiatives

  • A self-starter who is able to work remotely and autonomously
