The Job in a nutshell
Reporting into our Head of Partner Growth Leader, we are looking for a creative and highly collaborative Partner Growth Associate with a solid background B2B Telesales.
As a Partner Growth Associate in our Partner Growth Functional Capacity, you’ll collaborate with Employee Benefits Providers, Vendors, and Suppliers and ask them to list their products and services on our Employee Benefits Platform as an Employee Benefit. This is a revenue-generating position and you will be working against a monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quota.

You will spend time doing the following

Consistently achieving sales targets and expected revenue

Developing and managing client relationships at the highest level in the organization

Managing relationships with operational client personnel – those directly involved with the client’s presence

Responsible for building a NEW portfolio of revenues within the assigned territory by being the owner of the entire Opportunity Management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close

Assuring the client of the commitment and driving the delivery process by working collaboratively with the Operations team

Completely responsible for all Client Management processes – Plan-Sell-Deliver-Manage
Here is what we are looking for

Deep experience selling and positioning technology and/or marketing services to C-level, business owners, and decision-makers.

Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in inside B2B sales within the UAE.

A proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.

Must have a large connection list within the retail, education, healthcare, training, and travel ecosystem.

Comfortable conducting outbound cold calls.
-
Strong account management experience.

Clear leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Obvious Entrepreneurial personality and ability to work within ambiguity.

Demonstrated experience moving deals through the sales pipeline to closure.

Ability to handle multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
