  • Basic Salary

 

The basic salary is a fixed, guaranteed amount paid to employees every month, ensuring financial stability and consistency. Salaries are transferred in USD, providing employees with a reliable and standardized payment method. This fixed compensation reflects the employee’s role, experience, and market standards, serving as the foundation of our competitive and transparent pay structure. Regardless of additional incentives or bonuses, the basic salary remains stable, allowing employees to plan their finances with confidence.

  • Sales Commission 

 

For this job, the commission-based variable pay is a performance-driven incentive designed to reward employees for achieving and exceeding their monthly sales targets. This commission is calculated based on measurable sales performance and is paid out monthly, ensuring a direct correlation between effort and financial rewards. By aligning compensation with results, we motivate our sales team to drive revenue, exceed expectations, and maximize their earning potential. This model fosters a high-performance culture, where success is recognized, rewarded, and encouraged every month.

Performance Incentives

At eBen, performance incentives are structured around daily, weekly, and monthly challenges and contests, offering financial rewards to recognize and motivate top performers. These dynamic competitions encourage employees to consistently excel, stay proactive, and push their limits. Through these structured rewards, you feel that hard work and dedication are continuously acknowledged, rewarded and celebrated.

  • Annual Bonus

 

The Annual Bonus is a performance-driven reward designed to recognize the collective achievements of both the company and its teams. This bonus is paid out monthly during August and is calculated as a percentage of an employee’s annual compensation, ensuring a fair and proportional distribution. The bonus amount is determined based on the overall performance of the company and the contributions of individual teams, aligning financial rewards with business success.

  • eBeners Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

 

At eBen, we believe in empowering our employees by giving them a stake in the company’s success. Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is designed to align employee interests with the company’s long-term growth, fostering a sense of ownership, accountability, and shared success.
